Hello,
I have 2 email addresses that I use in Outlook . One is my personal and the other is one that I share with others. The personal working properly but the other can not update the inbox. It says "Error Send / Receive " when trying to update.
Mails coming into the inbox and I can see and respond to them, but the computers are not communicating with each other. I can not see if someone else answered any mails and the others can not see if I answered.
Do anyone knows how to solve this problem?

Hi Sabina,

You need to see on sent items to seem if that is responded and will on if this is Exchange or office 365 configuration. Even IMAP will show on sent items.

POP 3 configuration will not show or you will know if responded from outlook
